TUESDAY: Senate Majority Policy Committee to Hold Hearing on Term Limits

Harrisburg – The Senate Majority Policy Committee, chaired by Sen. Ted Erickson (R-26), will hold a public hearing tomorrow on legislative term limits.

The hearing will take place Tuesday, June 29, at 9:30 a.m. in the Senate Majority Caucus Room of the Main Capitol.

The committee will hear from Sen. John Eichelberger (R-30), sponsor of term limit legislation Senate Bill 1304. The panel will also receive testimony from Jennie Drage Bowser of the National Conference of State Legislatures regarding the history, status and effects of term limits in other states.
